Our school is going to hold an activity for studentsto experience nonmaterial cultures. I am writing toinvite you to take part in it. People can't live without water. But the real situation isthat the shortage of water is becoming a seriousproblem in many parts of the world due to growingpopulation and the pollution of the rivers and lakes.
To deal with the water problem, we can dosomething to avoid wasting water in our life. Firstly, weshould remember to reuse water. For example, thewater left over after washing vegetables can be used towater plants or to clean the floor. Secondly,we hadbetter limit our shower time. Also, we can call on morepeople to save water in different ways.
In short, water holds great value to human beings.

I think healthy habits are very important for us.
All of us want to be healthy. First, we should getenough sleep during the night. We can go to bed earlyand get up early. Staying up late is bad for our health.
Second, we must have the right kinds of food. Weshould eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. Weshould drink a lot of water. We should have healthyeating habits. Third, we should do more exercise tobuild up our bodies. Finally, we should wash handsbefore meals and brush our teeth twice a day. If wedon’t feel well, we should go to see the doctor at once.
If we can do all above, we can live a healthy life.
